Board Certified Behavior Analyst Position
At the World’s Largest Non-Academic Disseminator of OBM & Behavior Analysis
We are hiring for one BCBA position. The BCBA will provide SCHOOL & home consultation in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties NJ or Eastern Pennsylvania
REQUIREMENTS OF A BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT :
- Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
- At least 1 year of experience supervising home-based programs & working in school settings
- Become a BACB approved supervisor
- LBS encouraged (if in PA) but not required
- Must be capable of manual labor including but not limited to; Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly, pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, crawling, crouching, finger dexterity, climbing and reaching.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Salary range $118,000.00 with $132,000.00 additional bonus potential
- Profit sharing model for full time BCBA’s in NJ & PA earn a range of $71k – $250,000.00
- Major medical benefits w/ low copay & zero $ co-insurance requirements
- Free Type 2 CE’s required by BACB

- Travel stipend for eligible BCBA’s approved to present at regional & national Behavior Analysis Conferences
- Qualified BCBA’s may be compensated for behavior analytic content creation for our media platforms that may reach over 300,000 worldwide audience members
EXPECTED AVAILABILITY:
- Weekdays in schools or day programs between 8AM to 4 PM in NJ or PA and in home programs after 4pm on weekdays or weekends
- BCBA provides coaching to RBT’s & school personnel & receiving coaching from senior BCBA’s
Ideal candidate must have reliable transportation as frequent travel is required.
