Brett DiNovi & Associates Oklahoma LLC (BDA-OK) is a branch of Brett DiNovi & Associates, LLC and was established in 2024 to serve the needs of individuals with autism and related disabilities in Oklahoma. BDA-OK shares the corporate mission of “expanding the world’s collective wisdom of behavioral science” by offering high-quality ABA services to our clients and families, providing world-class mentorship and training of our staff, and offering our community events and resources that disseminate the power of behavior science in changing the lives of others.
BDA Oklahoma is committed to providing quality focused and comprehensive ABA services to our clients. Our team of dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts will work with your family and funding source to secure an authorization, conduct a comprehensive assessment of your child’s needs, and implement a treatment plan that will support your child make progress and overcome the needs identified in the referral. BDA Oklahoma uses the latest in assessment tools and treatment strategies to support your son or daughter’s growth and advancement.

Brett DiNovi
MS, BCBA- Chief Executive Officer
Brett is the driving force behind BDA, the CEO who has turned a humble beginning into one of the world’s largest multi-national, family & BCBA-owned ABA Therapy and OBM consulting firms. Since 2004, Brett has steered BDA from a team of two, helping a handful, to over 1,800 specialists impacting seven states and Nassau, Bahamas. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst with three decades of rich experience, he is not only an industry innovator but also a Wall Street Journal Bestselling Author of Behavioral Karma. His influential work extends to his role on the advisory board of the B.F. Skinner Foundation and contributions to numerous academic publications. Brett is also a philanthropist who founded the “Behavioral Karma Foundation”. At heart, he is a dedicated father of two, guiding his professional and personal life with compassion and a commitment to positive change.
Isaac Bermudez
MS, BCBA- Chief Innovation Officer
Isaac Bermudez is the Chief Innovation Officer of Brett DiNovi & Associates California and has been providing services in applied behavior analysis since 1998. He received his graduate degree from the California State University, Los Angeles in Psychology with a specialization in Behavior Analysis. Isaac has worked in executive leadership since 2007 and during that time Isaac has held positions such as Clinical Director, Director of Clinical Operations, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Behavior Analyst, Executive Director, and Vice President. Isaac’s focus is on developing and growing healthy ABA practices and works closely with his clinical and administrative teams to create and implement systems to provide quality ABA services to individuals of all ages and various diagnoses.
Dayna Parker
M.Ed, BCBA- Executive Director
Dayna Parker is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the Executive Director of Brett DiNovi & Associates Oklahoma. With a career in applied behavior analysis (ABA) that began in 2004, Dayna brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. She has previously served as a special education teacher in both Arizona and Oklahoma, where she developed a strong foundation in educational and behavioral interventions. Since becoming a BCBA in 2018, Dayna has extensive experience working in both clinic and home-based settings. She holds a Master’s degree from Arizona State University in Education with an emphasis in ABA. Dayna’s clinical approach is grounded in compassionate care, collaborative efforts, and adherence to best practice. She is dedicated to leading teams of passionate and committed providers, all focused on enhancing the lives of individuals through applied behavior analysis.
Vanessa Buelna
Vice President of Contract Management & Billing Optimization
Vanessa Buelna has worked within the ABA industry for over 8 years helping families gain access to ABA services through their insurance. Her main goal is to ensure families are able to access ABA services without any surprises. The constant changes in ABA with regards to insurance funding has been challenging over the years but stays informed to ensure our company and families are taken care of.
Lindsay Irvine
Director of Compliance
Lindsay has been married to an incredible woman for 23 years and is a father to six amazing children. He made his career in the hospitality industry as a GM and multi-unit manager before arriving at BDA California.
Lindsay has a bachelor’s degree in communications and a masters degree in education.
In addition to his work with BDA, Lindsay continues his work as the Music Director for First Baptist Church in Westminster, where he has been for the past 14 years.
