Our consulting firm is offering full-time Clinical Associate positions for candidates highly skilled in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to provide home & school consultation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Specific duties include behavior plan implementation, assistance conducting functional behavior assessments, intensive ABA teaching strategies, community-based instruction, functional life skills training, & vocational Training.

Your full-time position could start as a substitute role while we are finding the best permanent placement for you. This gives you an opportunity to work with a variety of senior BDA staff and lends opportunity with different learners. Some flexibility with travel during this time may be necessary.

Position: Full-Time positions

REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 1-year experience providing direct support in the human services field is preferred.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred but not required.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation as frequent travel is required.
  • Must be capable of manual labor including but not limited to; Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up-to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up-to 10 lbs. of force constantly, pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, crawling, crouching, finger dexterity, climbing and reaching.

  • Assist schools with Classroom management and behavior intervention plans for students.
  • Providing Supervision to RBTs & parent training.

POSITIONS:

  • Full Time- This is primarily a School based consultation with home case hours available in the future.
