New Jersey Openings
Specific duties include behavior plan implementation, assistance conducting functional behavior assessments, intensive ABA teaching strategies, community-based instruction, functional life skills training, & vocational Training.
Position: Full-Time positions and Part-Time positions
REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- 1-year experience providing direct support in the human services field is preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Reliable transportation as frequent travel is required.
- Must be capable of manual labor including but not limited to; Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up-to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up-to 10 lbs. of force constantly, pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, crawling, crouching, finger dexterity, climbing and reaching.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Full-time employees eligible
The hourly wages may range from $25.50 to $26.50 per hour and are based on education and experience. Salary options are available but most employees choose the hourly pay model. (Some employees have reached $150,000 annually due to our pay for performance model, however, this is atypical).

EXPECTED AVAILABILITY:

Part-time employees eligible
- Standard hours of work are two days during weekdays in schools between 8 AM to 4 PM in NJ. Days can be flexible. There is potential for some after-school evening hours in-home programs & weekends.
Salary: $25.50 – $26.50 per hour
