Stefanie has extensive experience providing behavior analytic services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of settings including a neurobehavioral stabilization unit, private and public schools, group homes, vocational programs, and private residences. The primary focus of these services has been to assess and develop interventions to decrease severe problem behaviors (e.g., self-injurious behavior, aggression, and food refusal) as well as increase functional skills. She has extensive experience conducting functional analyses and experimental analyses to demonstrate treatment effectiveness. Stefanie also has assisted educators in the development of Individual Education Plans and provided training to incorporate behavior analytic teaching strategies to best meet the needs of each student.
