Mentorologist ON-DEMAND: Strategies for Providing High-Quality Supervision(No CEUs)

The repertoires required to be an effective supervisor are complex and ever developing. This talk will explore content and strategies related to building a strong relationship and how to effectively use feedback to improve the skills of both the trainee AND the supervisor. First, we will discuss some strategies for how to build a strong collaborative relationship with supervisees and trainees. Next, we will talk about strategies related to effective feedback skills. Finally, we will cover some steps to take to increase the likelihood of success when navigating difficult conversations.
