In 2015 he moved to NJ to start a career in the field of behavior science in the north. He joined Brett DiNovi and Associates in 2017 as a clinical associate and worked his way up to Associate Vice President Of Employee Engagement. With a deeply rooted passion to help EVERYONE, Mike feels as though he has found his calling in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and truly walking in his purpose.

Dr. Progar brings a wealth of experience and clinical expertise to BDA. As the Chief Clinical Officer with his BCBA – D (Doctorate Level BCBA), Dr. Progar assists and oversees everything clinical within BDA. His experience ranges from neurobehavioral units, inpatient units, clinics, public and private schools, residential programs, in home services, and starting the first PhD. Program in ABA in the state of New Jersey. Dr. Progar utilizes all facets of ABA, including OBM to make BDA’s clinical programming more successful.

SAMANTHA MOLLICA

Samantha received her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Rowan University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Samantha has experience working with individuals from 2 through 21 years of age and across a variety of populations. In addition to completion of functional behavior assessments and the creation of positive behavior support plans, Samantha regularly conducts assessments such as the Vineland and the Verbal Behavior Milestones and Placement Program (VB-MAPP) in order to assist in creation of programming. Through training in programming and Brett DiNovi & Associates’ coaching program, Samantha was able to find her niche within the field of coaching. As the Director of Employee Coaching, Samantha is able to provide guidance to her colleagues, whether it be those just beginning in the field, or as an additional set of eyes to review plans created from our senior consultants. Samantha continues to learn and share her knowledge in an effort to not only spread science, but also to spread support and kindness to those around her.

STEFANIE PERRIN

Stefanie has extensive experience providing behavior analytic services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of settings including a neurobehavioral stabilization unit, private and public schools, group homes, vocational programs, and private residences. The primary focus of these services has been to assess and develop interventions to decrease severe problem behaviors (e.g., self-injurious behavior, aggression, and food refusal) as well as increase functional skills. She has extensive experience conducting functional analyses and experimental analyses to demonstrate treatment effectiveness. Stefanie also has assisted educators in the development of Individual Education Plans and provided training to incorporate behavior analytic teaching strategies to best meet the needs of each student.

Utilizing the BDA company limousine for the enhancement of our learners, Steve transports our learners with their assigned staff into the community on carefully chosen outings. He also manages BDA properties, procures supplies for the properties, procures and assists vendors working on BDA properties. He is certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security FEMA – National Response Framework and Incident Command System (ICS 100) for Law Enforcement.

Tricia Wilkinson, M.Ed BCBA has been working with children and individuals with learning differences since 2004. While obtaining her Bachelor’s of Arts in Human Development, she became passionate to support individuals with developmental disabilities through her studies and field work. Tricia obtained her Master’s degree at Arizona State University where she studied Master in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Tricia then continued her education in Applied Behavior Analysis where she studied at Florida Institute of Technology. Tricia specializes in providing treatment for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder through the utilization of Natural Environment Teaching and Verbal Behavior under the Medical Model.

In 2014, Tricia began her career as a Clinical Director where she created programs to guide staff development as well as create additional training such as “Sexual Development for Individuals on the Autism Spectrum and Related Disabilities”. Tricia ensures treatment progression of our clients through monthly Quality Assurance Checks as well as Case Reviews. She looks forward to meeting and working with each family in our community.

Tyler is video editor and content creator with an impressive background in the film industry. After graduating from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a Bachelor’s degree in Film in 2016, Tyler quickly landed a job as an assistant video editor for local news show owned by Fox29 Philadelphia called “Chasing News”. In 2017, Tyler joined Brett DiNovi & Associates, where he began working as a video editor to help grow the company’s YouTube platforms. Tyler has since risen to now lead a dynamic media team that produces engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Billy Brown, M.A., BCBA serves as Vice President of Organizational Behavior Management at Brett DiNovi and Associates. Billy received his BA in Psychology from Rowan University and his MA in Applied Psychology from Rider University. His work focuses on the application of organization behavior management strategies to develop systems to improve quality of work for staff while increasing productivity. Research and clinical interests include joint attention, group contingency settings, organizational systems, and the use of adaptive technology in the workplace.
