Tony is one of only a few BCBAs and licensed attorneys in the world. His legal practice focused primarily on representing / counseling school districts while also advocating for the rights of students with disabilities. As a clinician, he has a well-established ABA repertoire with over 20 years’ experience working with children and adults with special needs in a variety of settings. In addition to his legal and clinical training, he also has a child with complex disabilities / special needs that allows him to approach clinical and business situations with a unique point of view. As the Director of Corporate Relations, Tony oversees consultation and provision of agency ABA services in public school settings. He provides coaching, mentorship, and clinical support to BDA consultants in schools and homes. Tony oversees agency matters involving parent / district litigation and helps resolve ethical dilemmas involving the BACB ethical code. He has served as an expert witness and conducts regular trainings / workshops for school leaders. Tony specializes in providing practical guidance and recommendations to school districts in the implementation of special education programs / services consistent with special education case law and regulations. In his free time, Tony enjoys going to the gym/training, playing sports, going to the beach, cooking, and spending time with his two sons.

For the past 30 years, Brett has used behavior analytic principles to create large-scale change across businesses using the principles of organizational behavior management (OBM). Brett has been a business consultant in Morgantown WV, an instructor at West Virginia University, a guest lecturer at numerous universities, a world-class keynote speaker, an expert witness in due process hearings, a contributing writer for online blogs, has publications in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, & has been in executive leadership positions across schools and residential programs nationwide. In addition to an award from South Jersey Biz Magazine for “Best Places to Work”, an award for “Best of Families” in Suburban Magazine, the distinguished “Top Ranked U.S. Executives” award, state of NJ Senator’s award, Brett’s proudest accomplishment is being a role model & father of his daughter & two step-children one of whom is on the autism spectrum.
Mr. DiDomenico is an executive director of school consultation at Brett DiNovi & Associates, LLC. He received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Saint Joseph’s University in 1999 and his masters degree in applied behavior analysis from Temple University in 2002. He is currently a doctor candidate pursuing his PhD in education with a concentration in special education at Temple University. He also served as an instructor to graduate students pursuing their BCBA certificates in applied behavior analysis and behavior consultation at Saint Joseph’s University. Mr. DiDomenico is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has over 25 years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Mr. DiDomenico has experience working with children of all ages and levels of functioning. His passion lies in helping the most severe students; those who have been through several programs that have proven unsuccessful. As a result, he has been sought after by numerous districts to provide recommendations for the most difficult clients and has a proven track record of making a difference in the lives of children with special needs.
My professional background is in education and teaching. I started my career at BDA as a Clinical Associate in the field and now I’m proud to be part of the Executive Team as Executive Vice President of Compliance. Using the principles of OBM, I assist with onboarding, payroll, time system management, and auditing internal company processes for accuracy and efficiency. I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my daughter), I love animals and have several pets at home, I also love to read, and enjoy a good Netflix binge from time to time.
