Dr. Progar brings a wealth of experience and clinical expertise to BDA. As the Chief Clinical Officer with his BCBA – D (Doctorate Level BCBA), Dr. Progar assists and oversees everything clinical within BDA. His experience ranges from neurobehavioral units, inpatient units, clinics, public and private schools, residential programs, in home services, and starting the first PhD. Program in ABA in the state of New Jersey. Dr. Progar utilizes all facets of ABA, including OBM to make BDA’s clinical programming more successful.

STEFANIE PERRIN

Stefanie has extensive experience providing behavior analytic services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of settings including a neurobehavioral stabilization unit, private and public schools, group homes, vocational programs, and private residences. The primary focus of these services has been to assess and develop interventions to decrease severe problem behaviors (e.g., self-injurious behavior, aggression, and food refusal) as well as increase functional skills. She has extensive experience conducting functional analyses and experimental analyses to demonstrate treatment effectiveness. Stefanie also has assisted educators in the development of Individual Education Plans and provided training to incorporate behavior analytic teaching strategies to best meet the needs of each student.
