Alyssa has always been extremely passionate about bringing our learners together and creating opportunities for them to work on social interactions in the community and clinic setting. Alyssa’s background of over ten years directing camps, and knowledge as an RBT made her a perfect fit as our Executive Director of Social Skills Operations. In this position Alyssa oversees all after school social programming and camps across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Not only does Alyssa have background experience in directing and organizing programming she is also a proud sibling of two brothers on the autism spectrum which aligns with our values as a family owned company.

JOSEPH KENDORSKI
With a passion for working with adolescents and adults with problem behavior, the Executive Director brings experience in high demand to the behavioral field. Joe has demonstrated competency with the implementation of positive behavioral support (PBS) systems in school programs. In addition to expertise in PBS, Joe is extremely proficient in person-centered planning, creative behavioral solutions, community integration, and the behavior disorder population. As a leader, Joe oversees the overall employee satisfaction and monitoring the overall quality outcomes for all staff across BDA. Compassionate accountability through goal setting is a focus area through the use of behavioral science.

Shaun Kloby serves as the Vice President of Insurance Compliance for BDA Bahamas LTD and BDA Florida, where he plays a dual strategic and clinical leadership role. On the ground in both the Bahamas and Florida, Shaun is deeply involved in day-to-day operations—supporting staff, overseeing classroom and in-home programs, and working directly with clients to ensure high-quality, individualized care. His responsibilities also include staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations, as well as streamlining admissions into both school-based and home-based services.
In parallel, Shaun leads critical insurance compliance and administrative functions across multiple states, including Florida, New Jersey, Oklahoma, and Texas. He manages insurance authorizations, credentialing, benefits verification, and ensures full compliance with payer-specific and regulatory guidelines.
Combining hands-on clinical expertise with operational oversight, Shaun plays a key role in driving quality, consistency, and sustainable growth throughout BDA’s regional and international programs.
