It will also address staying within the ethical scope of practice, determining effective measurement techniques, pinpointing targeted interventions, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. By integrating these skills, participants will learn to navigate the complexities of organizational environments and drive meaningful change.

Objectives:

1. Participants will identify and define potential organizational problems using behavior analytic principles, ensuring that issues are scoped ethically and practically within their professional boundaries.

2. Participants will calculate the potential ROI of OBM interventions and develop strategies to minimize risks, enhancing the value and feasibility of their proposals.

3. Participants will learn to design and communicate intervention plans effectively to stakeholders, including how to set measurable outcomes and adjust strategies based on ongoing data analysis.
