KATIE DOUTHIT
My professional background is in education and teaching. I started my career at BDA as a Clinical Associate in the field and now I’m proud to be part of the Executive Team as Executive Vice President of Compliance. Using the principles of OBM, I assist with onboarding, payroll, time system management, and auditing internal company processes for accuracy and efficiency. I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my daughter), I love animals and have several pets at home, I also love to read, and enjoy a good Netflix binge from time to time.

Keko Goldman is our Associate Vice President of Organizational Behavior Coordination. When children experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. Keko is committed and purpose-driven to bringing ABA to children who have been through traumatic or stressful life experiences. With 15 years of working with children with behavioral disorders and witnessing firsthand the trail of destruction these environments create, Keko stays on the frontline to help and encourage these youngsters to find their path to success while simultaneously uplifting their families. Helping young people reach their full potential not only pulls on Keko’s heartstrings, but he finds it incredibly enriching as well.
KELLIE SMITH
Kellie Smith is the Administrative Director to the CEO at Brett DiNovi and Associates. She started her career over 18 years ago working in the ABA field helping many children throughout the years. Kellie joined BDA back in 2007 and has worked many roles throughout the years and was able to take her passion, experience, and hard work ethic to eventually move up to her current role on the Executive Team. Kellie enjoys spending time with her family and being a sports mom to her 3 children.

Kimberly has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2004. During that time, she received her BA in psychology from UCLA in 2007 and her MA in psychology and applied behavior analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2014. Kimberly has worked with clients ranging in age from 9 months to 40 years old and has experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism, Down Syndrome, Klinefelter syndrome, fragile X, Angelman syndrome, William syndrome, and many more. She is passionate about providing naturalistic ABA and designing goals and programs that are uniquely designed for the specific needs of her clients and their families and for sharing her love of providing excellent ABA with those she works with.
KRISTEN HOLMBECK
As Executive Director of Strategic Development at Brett DiNovi & Associates, Kristen Holmbeck has been instrumental with recruiting and selecting high performing employees since 2017. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, she leverages the knowledge and skills she obtained while earning her bachelor’s in Psychology and master’s in Education to build a positive culture marked by high performance and retention. As head of the Recruitment Department, Kristen can be regularly found filling the ongoing needs of our consumers with highly qualified employees. In addition, she remains the “go to” person at BDA when issues arise related to injury on the job.
LAURA IGLESIAS
Laura Iglesias is the Vice President of BDA Texas and has been providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis since 2005. She received her graduate degree in Teaching with an Emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2013. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014. Laura has a passion and drive for helping children reach their developmental milestones using Natural Environment Teaching. She excels at building solid working relationships with staff and families. Laura has a solid sense of teamwork and organizational skills which lead to a hands-on approach to training and working with staff and families. Laura joined the BDA team in 2018, as the Executive Director of Clinical Operations in California. As has now started building and training a team in Texas to support families in Dallas and Austin.
LAUREN SCIUTO
Lauren Sciuto is the Chief Financial Officer at Brett DiNovi & Associates. She received her Bachelor’s in Finance and her Master’s in Accounting. Prior to working at BDA, Lauren worked in financial and accounting management roles for several different size companies and types of companies including not for profits, non profits, LLC’s and incorporations. Lauren is able to apply her skills and knowledge from those positions to directly support BDA staff as they impact the lives of our learners.
LINDA MITCHELL
Linda started her career consulting for large companies and hospitals as an auditor, after receiving her Bachelor’s from Drexel University.
She started her journey in researching and applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 1997. As her knowledge of ABA as the most effective treatment for Autism Spectrum Disorder grew, she committed her time to helping pass the NJ Autism insurance law of 2009, meeting with NJ congressmen in Washington D.C. She also wrote a Disabilities Resource Guide published by her county and created and mentored school district and parent disability support groups, across 3 counties. Linda brought her passion for helping the community to BDA in 2012. Linda is responsible for analyzing current processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and monitoring funding trends to guide the organization. Linda also trains staff and provides feedback on treatment plan report writing and peer reviews based off of stakeholder’s frequently changing requirements.
Linda continues to be a resource to staff, case managers and families to locate and acquire funding for ABA services including school district funding, Medicaid, Insurance and CMO funding. Linda’s commitment to advocating for the best quality services has resulted in countless successful insurance peer reviews and insurance appeals. Linda is responsible for acquiring and monitoring all after school funding authorizations to ensure the company’s services are sustainable and our families and learner’s get the best quality services.
LISA RILEY

With over 20 years of experience in ABA, Lisa’s passion has always been helping people. Lisa found her home at BDA in 2015 and since has worked in many roles from an RBT to Social Skills Director. Her extensive experience and knowledge of each position makes her a perfect addition to the leadership team. As Vice President of Human Resources, her understanding of the job and passion for helping people are a huge asset to the organization. Lisa’s responsibilities include employee leaves, disability, assisting with onboarding, health insurance, employee verification, assisting with recruitment and everything Covid 19 in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida and Maine. She is also readily available to all BDA team members for general questions and grievances. Lisa also cares deeply about employee satisfaction and plays a huge role in keeping up employee morale. Outside of work, Lisa is a dedicated mother to two daughters and loves spending time with her two dogs.
MATTHEW INGEMI
As the Chief Strategy Officer, Matt oversees and assists with all School District Consultation. As a behavior analyst and a former Special Education teacher, Matt brings a unique perspective to the table. He is able to understand the difficulties of teaching and working in the school environment. Matt has extensive experience working with Autism, at risk general education, and the BD/ ED/ OHI populations. The latter group of students requires an uncommon skill set, in which Matt has found near perfection, often educating others within the field and the agency. Matt uses his knowledge of behavior analytic principles to assist students, teachers, Child Study Team members, and Directors to create a more successful environment in the individual classrooms and schools, globally affecting therapeutic behavior change systems. Along with his presentations for professional development, Matt is a talented lead crisis trainer in the Safe and Positive Approaches curriculum, using his personal and professional experiences to keep the workshops engaging and entertaining.
MAY BEAUBRUN

May Chriseline Beaubrun has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for over 10 years. She is currently the Director of Diversity & Training at Brett DiNovi & Associates. She has worked with children and adults with various cognitive, developmental, and physical disabilities in a variety of settings (i.e., clinic, hospital, home, school, etc.). She has completed program evaluations; developed skill acquisition programs to teach academic areas, cognitive functioning, social skills, language and communication, and adaptive skills; provided parent training; conducted functional behavior assessments (FBA); developed Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and provided staff training to various levels of professionals. May has presented at the annual Autism New Jersey convention (formerly Center for Outreach and Services for the Autism Community) as well as Association for Behavior Analysis International and New Jersey Association for Behavior Analysis. May also was an adjunct professor at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. May has a wide variety of experiences within the field of Applied Behavior
MICHAEL CRUDUP
Originally from North Carolina, Mike attended North Carolina Central University where he received his undergraduate degree in psychology in 2013. In 2015 he moved to NJ to start a career in the field of behavior science in the north. He joined Brett DiNovi and Associates in 2017 as a clinical associate and worked his way up to Associate Vice President Of Employee Engagement. With a deeply rooted passion to help EVERYONE, Mike feels as though he has found his calling in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and truly walking in his purpose.
